Job Title: Boat Assembler - Fibreglass Specialist

At Rosborough Boats, we are seeking a skilled Boat Assembler - Fibreglass Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and constructing high-quality fibreglass boats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and construct fibreglass boats using prefabricated parts and sections.
  • Cut, shape, and join timber pieces to make wooden boats.
  • Record information on products inspected and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Change machinery attachments and clean work areas as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in boat assembly or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a noisy, dusty environment.
