Senior Business Analyst - Capital Markets Data Mapping

CB Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our Capital Markets group, you will be responsible for driving business analysis and data mapping initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis and data mapping efforts for regulatory reporting and service technology projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data provision and reporting solutions
  • Develop and maintain process flows and documentation using MS Visio and Confluence
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of business analysis experience with a strong background in system analysis and project-based environments
  • 8+ years of experience in capital markets initiatives, product knowledge, and end-to-end life cycle knowledge
  • Proficiency in SQL for analysis and testing, MS Excel for data analysis, and XML/FPML for data mapping and modeling
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience in Jira and Confluence
