About the Role

Hall Constructors is seeking a skilled Drilling Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our foundation drilling and shoring team, you will be responsible for operating our drill rigs in a safe and efficient manner, following OEM specifications and our company's safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate drill rigs to drill foundations and shoring systems
  • Perform pre-trip equipment inspections and report any damage or required repairs to the site supervisor
  • Assist with training and development of new team members
  • Maintain and complete daily paperwork as required
  • Ensure compliance with all site safety rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with ground personnel to ensure proper foundation location and quality
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in CFA foundation and shoring drilling activities
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to interpret drawings and understand construction cut off elevations
  • Valid Driver's License and Ground Disturbance designation
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
