About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DDC Programmer to join our team at Annexair Inc.

As a DDC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming the electronic controllers that run commercial HVAC ventilation systems. You will work closely with our Electrical Engineering Department to ensure that our systems are delivered to customers in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop programming, graphics, and sequences of operations for DDC systems;
  • Adapt programs in accordance with the sequence of operations and company standards;
  • Understand AutoCAD drawings and industry-specific pictograms;
  • Maintain accurate project documentation to company standards;
  • Participate in final inspection and testing, ensuring customer acceptance;
  • Record and communicate deviations to the engineering team;
  • Participate in problem-solving related to DDC programming and unit operation;
Requirements
  • College diploma in instrumentation and controls or equivalent experience;
  • Experience with PLC programming, OEM Control, and Carel;
  • Mastery of BacNEt and ModBUS;
  • Good spatial perception and 3D visualization;
  • Ability to work with P&ID, air plant sequences of operations, and drawings;
  • In-depth theoretical knowledge of air handling units and HVAC systems;
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
