About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Pirali Family.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the highest level of dignity and respect for our clients.
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Engage in regular exercise with clients, such as walking, to promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account dietary needs and restrictions.
Requirements
  • A valid criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as part of daily tasks.
  • Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience.
