About the Role
\Calian Group Ltd. is a leading provider of psychological assessment services for public and private sector clients across Canada.
\We are currently seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team in the Regina area.
\Responsibilities
\- \
- Interview candidates who have completed written personality assessments.\
- Review and interpret the results of formal testing, including MMPI-3 and 16PF.\
- Conduct structured clinical interviews to determine whether candidates meet the requirements of CBSA.\
- Provide feedback on individual assessment results to candidates and defend psychological evaluations when required.\
- Have a minimum of 25 years of experience conducting individual psychological assessments for clients in law enforcement or military roles.\
- Hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology, or a Master's in Psychology with relevant background.\
- Be fully licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Saskatchewan.\
- Be able to conduct interviews with candidates in-person in a private office.\
