Job Title: Senior Systems Engineering Manager

Ultra Maritime is seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineering Manager to lead our Systems Engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and strategy of our Systems Engineering function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Systems Engineers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of engineering services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of engineering activities with business objectives
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Systems Engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
  • Identify and develop opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions and leading teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong technical knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions
