Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead (EU-GMP Programs & AQAP) to join our client's team onsite at their Fredericton, New Brunswick facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with EU-GMP and AQAP standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and training programs.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience with EU-GMP and AQAP standards.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and auditing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
