About the Role

S.i. Systèmes is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead projects in cyber security and IT infrastructure. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with a high chance of converting to a permanent full-time position after the initial 6 months. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid on-site environment in South West Burnaby.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects in cyber security and IT infrastructure, utilizing a combination of traditional (waterfall) and agile environments.
  • Develop and maintain a good technical understanding of common I.T. technologies and domains, including cybersecurity (firewalls, SIEM), API integration, and cloud-based services (Azure) and on-premise networks.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Project Online, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems.
  • Possess a recognized certification in Project Management, preferably PMI PMP.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a project management leading projects in a combination of traditional (waterfall) and agile environments.
  • Good working knowledge of most of the following: Project Online, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems.
  • Recognized certification in Project Management, preferably PMI PMP.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in Kanban, Lean Agile, and/or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Industry knowledge in clean energy, manufacturing, and heavy industry.
