As a Reengineering Specialist at Aviva, you will play a crucial role in transforming our Personal Insurance business by leading the analysis and improvement of existing business processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize deliverables and work under tight timelines.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in business process reengineering or process improvement roles. P&C insurance experience is preferred. The candidate should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in process mapping, modeling tools/methodologies, and process improvement frameworks, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
