As an Amusement Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, promoting our attractions and games, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our attractions and games to guests
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Operate all major attractions
• Set up and tear down for functions, events, and activities
• Ensure guests are aware of pricing for special events, promotions, and daily events
• Ensure guests adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, questions, and concerns effectively
• Communicate operational problems to management

Requirements:

• Ability to work varied shifts
• Ability to work independently for full shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work with guests of all ages
