Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Freshii. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Training: Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment.
- Supervision: 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers.
- Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Client focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Team player: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals.
