This is a seasonal position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our experienced chefs to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase the best of our region's ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu ideas and dishes
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Working on/Completed a formal chef training program
  • Food Safe Certificate
  • 2+ years of cooking experience, preferably in a fine dining establishment
  • The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
