About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Tax Provisioning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing quarterly and year-end tax provisions under IFRS, including identifying potential liabilities to the IRS and modifying existing workpapers to allow for a more accurate analysis of accounts.

You will also be tasked with preparing working papers ready for US filings due in October, as well as apportionment analysis across 35 plus states. Additionally, you will work with PWC on deferred revenue and other elections, follow up on state account status and payment/refund, and prepare US Corporate Federal and State Estimated Tax Payments.

Other responsibilities include preparing US Corporate Federal and State/Local Tax Extensions, preparing workpapers for US tax returns, and coordinating with external advisors. You will also be involved in process documentation and assist with global tax filings/initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need 6 plus years of experience in US tax provisioning, compliance, and research. Advanced Excel skills are essential, as is excellent communication ability.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. This amount includes discretionary bonuses.
