Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Advisor to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our Strategy & Business Process team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and modernization in our Financial Markets Operations sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operationalization, simplification, and automation of financial markets processes to drive business value and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional process management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business needs and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Manage priorities and ensure the profitability of improvements and solutions delivered.
  • Proactively communicate results, issues, and risks to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in process automation, reengineering, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership and consulting skills with experience in management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
