Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor a high-speed continuous production line, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baked products.
  • Monitor products through every stage of production, removing waste products and inspecting for quality deviations.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs) and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Ensure all tools are cleaned and maintained in good repair, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Completed Grade 12 education or equivalent, with basic math skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision in a diverse team environment.
  • Good understanding and application of English oral and written communication skills.
