Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, B.C. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, caring for patients with a range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.



About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care in a variety of clinical settings. This will involve working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care, ensuring the needs of individual clients and their families are met.



Responsibilities


  • Assess and plan client care in accordance with established nursing policies and procedures
  • Implement and evaluate client care plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality within the organization


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will require:




  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Experience working in an acute care setting, preferably in orthopedic or neurological care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment


What We Offer

As a Registered Nurse with Interior Health Authority, you can expect a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
