About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Tim Reid Property Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planting and Maintenance: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring they are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Project Planning: Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Labour and Materials Planning: Plan and estimate labour and materials required for projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contract Administration: Tender and administer contracts for landscaping services, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support landscaping projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
