Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture designs for IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior architects and engineers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure that our architecture meets their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in IT, with 7+ years in solution architecture experience on large projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex architecture projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with IAM technologies, cloud computing, and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
