Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Tan Square Technologies Inc. as a key member of our IT department.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to identify their business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive business systems that drive efficiency and productivity.
- Provide expert advice on IT strategy, policy, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess the quality of our software products and information systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of XML, SQL, APL, and Soap.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Outgoing and quick to learn new technologies.
- Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
- English is the primary language used in the workplace.
