Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICHES & SALAD. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cash handling procedures
