Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at World Wide ASG Logistics Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and prioritize specific plans to ensure seamless logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate Logistics Activities: Organize and manage logistics activities, including dispatching transportation, coordinating warehousing, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Track and Monitor Logistics Operations: Monitor and track logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all logistics operations are in compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with various teams, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, urban area, transportation, freight forwarding, warehouse, and head office.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Dispatch management service software, monitoring and tracking software, electronic scheduler, electronic mail, GPS, spreadsheet, MS Outlook, internet, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
