We are seeking an H2 Production Expert to join our New Energy Engineering Division (NEED) under our Process and Control Systems Department. This role is critical to our efforts to promote sustainable development and reduce carbon emissions through the production of low-carbon fuels.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a similar field.
- At least 15 years of experience in the field of hydrocarbon/chemical industries.
- Deep understanding of H2 production and purification technologies, including electrolysis, steam reforming (SMR/ATR), gasification (POX), water-gas shift, and PSA technologies.
- Adequate design experience to take a lead role as the company representative when working with licensors or engineering contractors performing studies or basic/detail engineering for an H2 production-related project.
- Sufficient process simulation experience in standard software like Hysys, Pro-max, etc., to model process schemes independently and analyze the performance of existing units or review licensor's data for new plants.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills to mentor and develop young engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new and/or delivering existing technical courses for engineers from operating facilities.
