Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Manage and develop a team of retail staff
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Ensure all aspects of merchandising and inventory control are in compliance with Company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Prior retail and management experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
