Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction within our installed base. Your primary focus will be on performing installations, validations, and training on our diagnostic analyzers, as well as providing ongoing clinical support and education to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and Validation

Perform installations, validations, and verifications of our diagnostic analyzers at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Clinical Support and Education

Provide expert clinical support and education to customers, instructing them on the proper operation and clinical utilization of our products.

Technical Knowledge and Competency

Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and competency in our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements.

Account Management and Growth

Identify opportunities to further penetrate our installed base and grow revenue within assigned accounts, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Communication and Collaboration

Effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and management, collaborating to achieve business objectives and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Education

Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, or a related scientific discipline is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a lab or clinical setting is required.

Skills and Knowledge

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and fluency in English are essential.
