About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Beef Cattle Farmer to join our team at Future Farms. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for the daily care and management of our beef cattle herd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the health and well-being of the cattle, ensuring their needs are met and they receive proper care and nutrition.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of the cattle feed and water, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with our agricultural team to develop and implement effective farming practices, ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of our operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the cattle and farm facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in beef cattle farming or a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required, but a strong understanding of agricultural practices and principles is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with regular exposure to the elements.
