Job OverviewThe Pharmacy Program Team Lead role is pivotal in driving our pharmacy operations forward. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate prescription workflows, manage inventory, and collaborate with other associates to achieve desired results.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor daily prescription workflow to meet deadlines;
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned drugs/programs and work closely with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager;
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for program portfolio and participate in interdepartmental meetings;
- Liaise with the pharmacy Accountant to manage accounts receivable and related documentation;
- Assist in preparing/reviewing and processing manual claims and audits;
- Enter prescriptions into the system, retrieve and correct data as needed;
- Ensure timely completion of routine administrative tasks and understand pharmacy performance metrics;
- Review and analyze reports, invoices, or other financial documentation;
- Fulfill any other duties within their scope of practice as outlined in the Job Description;

Requirements- Professional Certificate of Registration with Provincial College of Pharmacy and two (2) years related experience;
- Minimum two (2) years Specialty Pharmacy experience;
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and proficiency in Kroll and adjudication practices;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective conflict-resolution skills, and honesty/integrity in interactions;
- Able to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities;
- Meticulous and well-organized, with strict attention to detail and sound decision-making skills;
- Willingness to adapt quickly to changing business needs and go beyond the call of duty to motivate the team;
