Servus Credit Union, a leading Alberta-based credit union, is seeking a skilled Finance Expert to join their team as a Member Relationship Specialist.

In this role, you will play a vital part in developing long-term relationships with members, building trust, and delivering customized financial solutions that meet their unique needs. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities to match members with the right products and services, meeting and exceeding sales targets and referral goals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to promote Servus' investment and retail banking services, mutual funds, underwriting, credits, loans, and other relevant offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and referral goals, adhering to all audits, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on local market trends, competitive offers, and economic conditions to provide informed advice to members.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Servus' products and services, ensuring seamless delivery of financial solutions.
• Contribute to business development plans through corporate/branch marketing campaigns and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

To qualify for this position, you will need at least 2 years of retail banking or related financial industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service, and a high school diploma. Although not required, post-secondary education in finance or a related field, along with certifications like IFIC, PFSA, and FP1, are valuable assets.
