Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Food Galore Grocery Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop our sales team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in iOS and MS Outlook.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads.
