Job Summary

The Volunteer Resources Coordinator provides critical support to the Leader of Spiritual Care & Volunteer Resources in planning, implementing, and delivering the work of the Mount St. Mary Hospital Volunteer Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and implementation of volunteer programs and services.
  • Collaborate with the Leader of Spiritual Care & Volunteer Resources to develop and maintain effective volunteer management systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to volunteers, hospital staff, and patients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with volunteers, hospital departments, and community organizations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer programs and services.
Requirements
