Terrazzo Installation Supervisor

Lucky Dragon Stone Inc. is seeking an experienced Terrazzo Installation Supervisor to oversee our projects from start to finish.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of terrazzo installation teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for apprentices, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
• Collaborate with other departments to source high-quality materials and equipment.
• Estimate costs and material requirements for each project, ensuring budget efficiency.
• Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations.
• Analyze blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
• Procure and manage the delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role or related field.

• Construction setting with potential for variable locations.
