Job Title:

Civil Engineering Systems Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced instructor to teach Civil Engineering Systems in the Winter 2025 semester. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Civil Engineering Systems course to undergraduate students
  • Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in civil engineering and incorporate relevant topics into the course
Qualifications:
  • PhD in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience teaching civil engineering courses at the undergraduate level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with course design and development
  • Knowledge of educational technologies and their application in teaching
  • Ability to teach online or hybrid courses
