We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to lead our brand marketing efforts, driving excellence in brand positioning, customer engagement, and market share growth.
About the Role
- Leverage your expertise in marketing planning and execution to develop and implement strategies that support our key brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Operations, to establish revenue forecasts and optimize promotional tactics.
- Manage external agency partners to deliver high-impact marketing materials and campaigns.
- Drive omnichannel marketing efforts to maximize customer touchpoints and engagement.
- Assist in designing and planning communication plans to reach the right customers through the right channels.
- Develop marketing analysis and insights to inform action planning and execution.
- Support the planning and implementation of market research initiatives to deepen market understanding.
- Share valuable insights gained from internal and external sources to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the development of the brand strategy, competitor analysis, and segmentation.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including top opinion leaders and advisory boards.
- Communicate effectively across sales, marketing, and medical teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Track KPIs and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve business objectives.
- Participate actively in supply discussions to ensure optimal levels of supply and distribution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree in life sciences or related field.
- Additional marketing or business training, such as an MBA, is preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in brand management or sales roles.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and digital marketing abilities.
- Experience working with PAAB regulations, IMC, and local compliance agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly at an intermediate level.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days spent in the office and travel estimated at 30%.
