About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Structube. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our wide range of modern home furniture and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to customers on our products and services;
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and respond to customer inquiries;
- Assist with inventory management and receiving of merchandise;
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, showcasing our products in an attractive and appealing manner;
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a passion for interior design;
- Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers;
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends;
- Ability to lift or move up to 30 kg (65 lbs).
