We are seeking an experienced Environmental Regulation Attorney to join our team in Toronto. As an Environmental Regulation Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on environmental regulations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on environmental regulations and compliance
- Assist in the development and implementation of environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct research and analysis on environmental regulations and laws
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
Requirements:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario
- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental law, including experience in environmental compliance, permitting, and litigation
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and ability to interpret and apply them
