Job Title: Building Information Modelling Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modelling Specialist to join our team at JABLONSKY, AST AND PARTNERS , AST AND PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, developing and preparing design sketches, and writing technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings using CAD software
  • Develop and prepare design sketches to communicate ideas and concepts
  • Write technical reports to document project progress and results
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets for projects
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors to ensure quality and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture or civil engineering
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in building information modelling and CAD software
  • AutoCAD Certification
  • Detailing drafting experience
  • Computer-aided design (CAD) skills
  • Image editing software skills
  • AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT proficiency
  • MS Office and MS Windows skills
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
