As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic presses to produce high-quality prints. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient production schedules, preparing production plans, and monitoring press runs for quality. You will also be responsible for instructing apprentices and directing the press crew to set up, operate, and shut down the press. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate and maintain flexographic presses to produce high-quality prints
