We are a leading excavation contractor seeking an experienced Construction Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on various construction sites, performing a range of tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling.

Job Description:

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy loads, work at heights, and operate machinery in a fast-paced environment. As a Construction Labourer with A & A EXCAVATING LTD., you will be responsible for:

  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent education
  • The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
