Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Mobiphix. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems.
