Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
