Warehouse Associate Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Preparation: Pick, pack, and load orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Identify and label materials, and record their locations to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Material Handling: Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products, and move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, and storage areas.
  • Receiving and Shipping: Complete receiving and shipping paperwork to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Safety and Compliance: Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is required.
  • Forklift Certification: A valid Class 1, 4, or 5 forklift certificate is preferred.
  • Teamwork and Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with self-motivation to drive completion of tasks efficiently.
