Job Summary

Honest Cleaning Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry and Dry Cleaning General Manager to lead our operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our laundry and dry cleaning services, ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the management of laundry and dry cleaning operations, including inventory control, supply chain management, and quality control.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of laundry and dry cleaning professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health and stability of the business.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing customer feedback to improve services.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating risks to the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in laundry and dry cleaning operations management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and inventory control software.
