Job Title: General Labourer

Post Consumer Brands is seeking a skilled General Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, reporting any unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
  • Apply chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing, operate floor cleaning equipment, and perform tasks at heights, lifting devices, waste removal, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
  • Move heavy skids using a hand pump jack.
  • Assist with sack tipping, ingredient mixing, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Utilize a scanner to track all mixes and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform duties requiring some heavy lifting, walking, climbing, and working at heights.
  • Maintain the inventory of all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain recycle, garbage, and food waste systems in the plant.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or significant relevant experience.
  • Production experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical skills.
