Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at #1 Liquor Merchants.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers to achieve sales targets.
- Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
- Provides cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
We offer a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week and a welcoming work environment.
