Job Description:
Hospitality industry demands precise accounting practices to manage financial transactions effectively. As an Accounting Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing the Daily Income Audit cycle, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable tracking at Hotel Arts Group.

Core Responsibilities:
- Accurately process external invoices for timely data entry into the accounting system.
- Ensure timely payment distribution for vendors and partners.
- Prepare weekly cheque run and maintain detailed records of payments.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors to manage account statements effectively.
- Assist with AP-related Expense Reports and credit card settlements.

Accounts Receivable Duties:
- Compile and process Events/Sales and Transient folios and invoices for timely collection.
- Distribute invoices to managers for review and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Perform credit checks and establish new client direct billing accounts as necessary.
- Maintain an organized AR filing system and provide support to team members when needed.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort accounting setting is required.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Opera PMS software is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
