About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Hybrid. The successful candidate will have extensive technical, people, and process skillsets that enable us to successfully deliver on this initiative.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Java Developer, you will:

  1. Develop, test, and debug software enhancements and solutions within the business and technical problem domains.
  2. Design and implement software programs, applications, and projects using cloud computing using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Kafka, or similar frameworks.
  3. Write unit and automation tests to ensure a high-quality end product.
  4. Participate in the agile software development process by adhering to the Scrum methodology.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A strong background in application architecture and development.
  2. Excellent understanding of leading IT technologies.
  3. Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  4. Proficiency in Java 11, J2EE, Tomcat, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  5. Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
