Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at the Winnipeg Football Club. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual materials that effectively communicate our brand's message to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop print and digital graphic artwork for various projects, including sales collateral, advertisements, and in-stadium graphics.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to understand their design needs and develop creative solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas to contribute to dynamic campaign initiatives while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Execute graphic design projects, including logo design, presentation decks, and packaging.
  • Work efficiently with other creatives to deliver high-quality designs that meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of proven graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of web design standards, responsive design, and UI/UX principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
