Line Cook Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our Food and Beverage Team at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to established quality and presentation standards.
  • Ensure that food is received, stored, handled, and prepared in a hygienic and safe manner.
  • Assist with inventory counting and maintain effective communication with all teammates.
  • Promote a safe, sanitized work environment and participate in regular cleaning and closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of previous kitchen experience.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and perform manual labor, standing for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Safe Serve or other food handling certification.
