Restaurant Associate

A&W is a Canadian fast-food restaurant chain that prioritizes using real, naturally sourced ingredients in their menu items.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Restaurant Associate to join our team. As a Restaurant Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences by taking orders accurately and serving food and drinks in a timely manner.

1. Prepare and serve food and drinks according to A&W standards and recipes.
2. Ensure a clean and welcoming dining area for our guests.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to customer needs.
4. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve A&W operating standards.

• Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week (part-time) or 35 hours per week (full-time).
