We purchase donated items from local nonprofit organizations and supply them to our stores, redirecting billions of pounds of waste away from landfills and onto our racks and shelves for reuse. About the Role
We are seeking a talented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will make important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day. Your role will involve developing and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of front-end supervisors, production supervisors, and community donation supervisors. Key responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
- Mentoring and coaching team members to improve performance and achieve career goals
What You Can Expect

About You
To succeed as a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you will need:
- At least two years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry or setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
